The mental image of Sarah-Jane balancing hats on her head is just perfect (I get the impression that Sarah-Jane for whatever traumatic-childhood-reason really does enjoy playing dress-up, that, and her spinning about in Victoria's dress in Pyramids, and the way her outfit would change every other scene in Three's era...) and then the ending! Which tops it all off, and, considering the TARDIS, is very, very appropriate.
