I was going to ask about why the exchange doesn't work for you, but here is the answer. And it's a good answer! It is far and away the most burdensome sign-up/nominating period that I've ever seen in an exchange. The results make it worth it to me (there's no other exchange where you get such tailored-to-your-tastes results) but also I 10000% get why you wouldn't want to deal with the heavy-loading at the front.
