Howl! No, I don't mind at all, although it really is much too long since I've reread it.
1. Howl is one of those intentionally annoying characters, so I think I like him pretty well and find him amusingly annoying/interesting. 2. His vanity is pretty amusing and very characteristic. 3. Hmm. I think there was some stuff that particularly entertained me in the last book as being something only Howl would do, but I've forgotten what it is. I always like the different side of him we see when he's in Wales. (Clearly, I need to reread.) 4. Ha. Well, magic would be useful! (I think I'll do without the vanity and lack of a heart!) Or, actually, maybe the moving castle itself? Yep. Give me a moving castle. 5. I can't remember all the descriptions, but there was a blue and silver one, wasn't there? I like the sound of that, regardless of what Sophie may have done to it. 6. It takes a while to find out about Howl in the book, so I suppose it was pretty gradual - but I think he's pretty entertaining. 7. Howl/Sophie, who else could keep him in line? ♥
