Torchwood isn't my favourite thing, but I did enjoy some of it. But given that it is a government organisation set up to catch the Doctor... and they manage not to spot him for all those years he was working for UNIT etc. etc. It is very funny. I feel sure there must be some excellent Torchwood light bulb jokes out there. (And there is UNITWOOD.
