It is! The Brigadier is from Doctor Who, and is really just Nicholas Courtney playing someone else here, but he is just always the Brig to all DW fans. (One of the few things we agree on generally is that we love the Brig. He doesn't usually hug people in DW, though. He just looks put upon because why can't he meet an alien menace that isn't immune to bullet?) I don't think Juliet Bravo got shown much in the US!
