Yes, there's nothing wrong with it, it's just a bit of a squick for me in some ways.
I'm still sort of scratching my head that some of these are tropes, but I guess they're tropes in some other part of fandom.
It's probably a lot to do with the individual tastes of the person who took the trouble to make it!
