I felt much better yesterday, I should mention since I was moaning again the other day. And I did say I had some finished fic nearly ready to post - here's one of them.

Summary: Steel sees this as a means to an end, Silver as the path to a beginning. It’s a little more complicated than it ought to be.

For hc_bingo square “Trust issues” & trope_bingo square “rivals to lovers”. And I think I did what I wanted to do, so you should be safe from any more Silver/Steel from me in the near future. (Although sentences like that are just tempting fate, really, aren't they? :loL:) Also, even though I said I didn't mind about bingos - I wonder how many squares it's logistically possible to fill without achieving a bingo, because I seem to be aiming at finding out...

It's also fic_rush this weekend, so a good time for getting on with finishing and posting fic. (Everyone's welcome to pop in and join us for some encouragement and galactic domination by means of ninja penguins.) :-)

*is curious now* *thinks about this* Twenty? Probably? On a standard five-by-five square, I mean. Because you can fill everything except one corner-to-corner diagonal line of squares and still not have any five-in-a-row bingo...es, I think, but after that you have to get a bingo.

I wonder if they give points for that. I mean, that takes work and skill... or something. :lol:

h/c bingo has some complicated parallel diagonals you can do, though, so it might be less possible with that one to avoid a bingo. But I'm only 3 fics into that one.
