Not all that unlike the 15 characters, except the questions come with the meme. (And make it sound like this is some sort of brain-breaking Doctor/Doctor slashfest. 0_o)

LOL, I swear I did not cheat to get this! (Charles is the character in Survivors who is initially much, much too keen for all the women to get pregnant and repopulate the Earth.) So, obviously, surviving scientists have been working on the repopulation issue and Charles, being so keen, has naturally volunteered to be a guinea pig! What Vila is doing there, donating sperm or whatever, I have no idea, but it was probably Orac's fault. Probably what would happen next is that it would turn out to be unsuccessful and people would die. Again.
Can you rec any fics about 9?

No. Even aside from the fact that Servalan's liable to terminate a relationship by killing someone, no. Never. She's evil and supremely glamorous while he's not in favour of evil people and not in the least bit glamorous - and I don't think it would be a case of opposites attract. Frank would run, and even then it might be too late...
Would 5 [Belle] and 9 [Clara]?
I don't see why not. Well, apart from Rumplestiltskin being around, but assuming otherwise, it's definitely got potential.
Would 5 [Belle] and 10 [Eleventh Doctor]?
Er, so this is a threesome, right? Some AU where Clara and Eleven run off with Belle in the TARDIS and all like each other and libraries and books very much together? I don't see Eleven and Belle being quite as good a match as Belle and Clara, though.

What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted Four [Cora] to deflower One [Silver]?
(Deflower, meme? Seriously?) Also... aside from the question of whether or not this is physically even possible with an Element this one is presumably a Miller's Daughter AU in which Silver teaches Cora how to spin straw into gold, because... obviously he could if he wanted. (It'd play havoc with canon, though, but maybe canon is a Terribly Wrong Timeline and that's why Silver's there. Storybrooke shouldn't be in our world, after all, should it?)

That would be a good way of wrongfooting anyone who'd chosen their characters with the existing set of questions in mind.
The odd thing about the Rory prompt is that the other character in it is a better fit for River rather than Amy. So instead of a standard romance it becomes a father trying to connect with his tearaway daughter.
