A while back, hyarrowen and I were clearly having like thoughts on Major Richter & Dr Martel-related hurt/comfort, and I finally got my idea to work. So, for hyarrowen, trope_bingo square "hurt/comfort" and hc_bingo square "accept injury to protect someone," and set post-canon somewhere in the winter of 1944/45:
