Random Thoughts

Tired from my drive home yesterday and all the excuse I need to sit around and read fan fic and what have you.  Very nice.  And some great stories around.

Also very happy because I just looked at the Radio Times and saw that Carry on Cowboy will be on tomorrow morning, so I can record it.  As I was trying to track down some of the older ones, this is me pleased.  And all right, it's not one of the ancient black and white ones, but it was the only colour one I was after.  I am pretty sad, but this should not come as news to anyone.

And am sitting around reading Christmas presents, too.  It's not bad, is it?

Slightly bothered though by the way writing Spanner in the Works has left me itching to write On the Up fan fic.  No!  This is not what was intended.  Plus, no one would ever want to read it.  Except maybe my sister, of course.  What is the matter with me?  (You see, the ending is lacking something.  It's great and sweet, but leaves me oddly unconvinced, even though everything's been put in place.  Hmm, truth be told, I just like writing Sam and he now won't leave my head.  Plus, I want to write the Doctor meets the young Mrs Wembley.  It's Joan Sims, after all.) 

Anyway, I hope other people are having good hols, too.  Those who are still working, don't glare at me too much.  I can't help it.
