And as for the remix written for one of my stories... someone took one of my AU snippets from the meme and wrote it out in full. The one where Donna becomes a soap dispenser, for reasons, no less. It was a pretty unexpected choice, and I laughed a lot, so thanks, anonymous remixer, for that!

whoniverse1000. (I couldn't resist it, could I? Not when the punchline was so obvious.) I wrote it a while ago, but I had a coda to add that wasn't in the comment!fic version & I finally typed that a few days ago.

Summary: Either the Doctor is having a nightmare featuring an odd girl in pyjamas, or Lynda Day is having yet another weird dream, this one involving a chatty, skinny guy... or something even stranger is going on this time.

This one was brought about by a suggestion from

pitry. However, I am an evil person, who then wrote a spoilerish fic. Plus, it was going to be very bleak and dark, and then ended up... not. (As ever with me!) However, I wrote it anyway. (It's been okayed onto Teaspoon already.)

Inspired by

clocketpatch's entertaining typo, I wrote an End of Time This Time Round story called The Topys of Domo.

Ten finds himself up against an early draft version of his finale. With typos. Benny does her best to help, as do various other inhabitants of the Round.

It is very silly, yes.

Well, I returned home yesterday & didn't expect to be writing random fic with my day off, but there I was, playing with the crossover site again and re-reading JJPOR's Red Dwarf cross for the meme and remembering that I still needed to plague him (!) for sequels in which the Doctor keeps encountering Ace Rimmer at awkward moments (preferably at least one involving Ten and Donna) and then I had one of my own, but it turned out quite differently with a Rimmer who's sort of neither/nor. And stuff I should probably feel very very bad about... I don't think I do, though.

As usual, allow time for okaying onto Teaspoon.

Now I'll go and write something relatively sensible. I did leave Six, Evelyn and co fighting the Master, didn't I?

(And, yes, very nice trip, lovely wedding!)

clocketpatch, who requested Ten and Mr Darcy. I'm sorry, this is very daft (and yet not quite daft enough), but it's the one scene that I had in my head. I nearly complied with all the meme's rules this time, except I had to sneak in Lizzy at the end. How can you not?

Um, yes, I did write the Ten/young Mrs Wembley fic. I couldn't not, specially not after watching a Carry On yesterday. Fingers crossed, you shouldn't need to know anything about On the Up to read it, but it'll make you smile more at the end if you can at least picture a younger Joan Sims. (And if you can't, why not? Where have you been?)

The Doctor and Martha are on a quest to locate an alien signal and borrow a spanner. Sam has got a spanner and is willing to lend. Should be simple, right? Of course not: there's family rows, aliens, saucepans, unrequited love and lots of cups of tea.

It was for my sister's birthday (I tweaked it a bit from her special, illustrated version...). It's mad, but hopefully makes sense, as I realised very few people are likely to remember the show I'm crossing with. But it's a sitcom, there's Joan Sims, Sam Kelly and Dennis Waterman & it's all a bit of fun.
