I saw this: http://eirienne.tumblr.com/post/26136397823/look-look-lady-edith-is-wearing-a-creation-by

I am eagerly waiting for S3 of DA, not just because, obviously, next season please, but because it will then be okay to write a perfectly logical crossover in which Mary or Edith have their wardrobe designed by the up and coming Eliott sisters. Well, if you follow the link, you will see that Lady Edith is actually wearing an outfit created by Evangeline Eliott! If anyone writes a crossover, it'll be pretty much canon. Downton Abbey and HoE clearly exist in the same reality. *glee*

(Look, small things please me. And that is just brilliant. It's perfect. I wonder if any more Eliott creations will get an airing?)

Also, my Mum and Dad have been and gone, and it was v nice, now I am v tired. :-)

;D

Very Who-like, too, in a a way. I always enjoy spotting props/costumes from earlier stories being "recycled".

Woohoo! @ having fun with your parents. :)

(I suppose woohoo! @ the rest too, but I don't know those shows, so it will have to be a theoretical woohoo ;) )

I think the Eliott sisters designing outfits for the Crawley family is, to be sure, much more plausible than Count Grendel's guards, for example, wearing exactly the same helmets as a bunch of Arthurian knights from a parallel universe. Yes, definitely. ;D

As for Downton going into the 20s, could be very interesting indeed.
