The final set of answers! This was fun, as ever...

1. Servalan (B7)
2. Steel (S&S)
3. Barry Allen (The Flash)
4. Kara Danvers (Supergirl)
5. Dayna Mellanby (B7)
6. Emma Peel (Avengers)
7. Lucy Weston (Dracula 1968)
8. Bill Potts (DW)
9. Sixth Doctor (DW)
10. Arnold Rimmer (Red Dwarf)
11. Zelena (OUaT)
12. Sam Vimes (Discworld)
13. Obi-Wan Kenobi (SW)
14. Orac (B7)
15. Hercule Poirot

[personal profile] luthien: 8 [Bill Potts] and 14 [Orac] are snowed in in a mountain cabin. Help will not arrive until at least tomorrow. There's an empty fireplace, one bed and one blanket. What happens next?

Bill gets the bed and the blanket while Orac sends out a distress signal that will probably attract the wrong kind of rescuers. Bill can ask it about how to light the fire with the limited materials available, although whether or not it can/will help, who knows?

2 [Steel], 3 [Barry Allen] and 11 [Zelena]: virgin sacrifice at dawn.

They don't make virgin sacrifices like they used to, that's for sure. Steel will be sorting something out and largely unconcerned about what the sacrifical cultists or whoever are doing save if it's affecting time, Barry will be off out of there in the blink of an eye, and so will Zelena.

Even if they're somehow deprived of their powers and somebody suggests (and by somebody I probably mean Zelena) taking the smutty option out, Steel is never going to play along. They'll have to find another way, and they're a pretty formidable team, so i'm sure they will. Some virgin sacrificers are really going to regret their life choices at dawn. Also, as far as I know, Steel's the only one who might actually be a virgin anyway, depending on how elements define these things. (It's a mystery.)

(I'm laughing here, because [personal profile] luthien tried to inject some smut into the proceedings and then chose combinations that involved Steel and Orac...)

[personal profile] graycardinal: 4 [Kara] and 9 [Six] are entered in the Great British Bake-Off. Which of 2 [Steel] and 14 [Orac] is a guest judge, which of 1 [Servalan] and 8 [Bill] attempts to sabotage a bake, and who actually comes closest to winning?

LOL. Kara and Six would totally be into this! And probably get very competitive, too. Plus, cake. Both would be in their element. Unfortunately, either guest judge would be terrible. I am going to go for Orac as guest judge, because at least it'd probably just analyse the composition of the organic material and weigh it up against standards collected across various information networks and not be there to ruin everything with Time folding in on itself or something. Not that Orac isn't also likely to bring trouble, but probably more of the kind that Six and Kara can deal with in between baking. Obviously, Servalan would be the saboteur - Bill would never! Servalan would never not - probably in an attempt to get her hands on Orac.

As to who wins, it's a close thing, but Kara and Six both get disqualified for running off to save the world in the middle (possibly from Servalan and/or whatever Orac might have called down on them), and some other contest sweeps off with the prize. They both enjoyed it a lot and had some consolation cake together afterwards, though.

3 [Barry] and 15 [Poirot] are in the wedding party at 6 [Emma Peel]'s wedding. What are their roles, which odd-numbered character is 6 [Emma] marrying, and how long is the marriage likely to last?

Hmm, out of the options available, it's probably between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Dayna Mellanby. I think maybe Dayna. An explosives expert would be her cup of tea, and Dayna would appreciate her scientific input into her latest weapons designs. How long it would last, I don't know. Probably not long, but there'd be fireworks while it did.

Why she has Barry and Poirot to the wedding, though, is more difficult to answer. It's a hasty marriage for reasons and she just pulled in the nearest two passers by to act as witness. In Emma's world, the fact that one of them was a famous detective and the other a time-travelling superhero probably wouldn't even cause her to batt an eyelid.

A classic: 9 [Six], 10 [Rimmer], and 13 [Obi-Wan Kenobi] form a band. What style of music do they perform, what sorts of gigs do they get (dive bars, school dances, packed concert halls?), and how many singles and/or albums do they put out before the inevitable hreakup?

Tragically, as they can never actually agree on what style of music they play, they never get to any gigs at all before the inevitable break-up ensues. Rimmer was insistent on Hammond organ music, Six wanted Gilbert & Sullivan, and no attempts at peace-keeping from Obi-Wan could get them to come to an agreement.

It's 5 [Dayna]'s birthday. Of the even-numbered characters, who sends a card, who sends a gift, who takes 5 [Dayna] to dinner, and who's in bed with 5 [Dayna] the next morning?

Okay, well, Steel's not having any part of this. Emma is the one who winds up in bed with her the next morning - after all, they just got married in a previous question. Kara sends a gift and Bill takes her to dinner. Rimmer sends her a tacky card in the hopes that maybe he might wake up in bed with her the next morning. Orac, like Steel, is not interested, even though it knows Dayna best. It has better things to do.

[personal profile] astrogirl: 4 [Kara] and 13 [Obi-Wan Kenobi] have an incredibly heated argument about something. What is it? Who prevails? And does it lead to bloodshed?

Presumably this is how and when they break up? They both seem mostly too even tempered for this kind of thing, but probably because Kara disapproves of lopping people's limbs off and leaving them to sink on a lava planet even after they've turned evil?

14 [Orac] needs 1 [Servalan] to provide them technical support for something. What is it? Does 1 [Servalan] actually manage to help?

Um. Well, this seems unlikely, but I suppose if Orac needed something from a human and Servalan was the only human to hand it wouldn't actually care, it'd just ask her to do it. But anything that has Servalan getting her hands on Orac is not going to end well.

6 [Emma Peel] and 9 [Six] find themselves seated together on a long bus/train/plane/interplanetary shuttle trip. Do they talk to each other (and about what)? Do they ignore each other? Does one of them hog the armrest? By the end of it, are they friends, or have they driven each other nuts?

Six talks to Emma while hogging the armrest. Emma is coolly civil while trying to read her book, but it soon turns out that they have important things in common and by the end of the journey they've saved the train from doom and generally had an entertaining time, and are certainly allies, if not friends - and they're probably friends.

[personal profile] liadt: 1 [Servalan] & 2 [Steel] are racing 14 [Orac] & 15 [Poirot] to get to the North Pole first but 7 [Lucy Weston] is trying to stop them. Why is 7 [Lucy] trying to stop them, who wins and how?

This is a very hard to imagine scenario, but possibly Orac has informed Poirot that it's important to get to the North Pole using enough evidence to convince him, despite this trip definitely being outside his comfort zone. Steel can only be working with Servalan if that's the way Time is supposed to fall out - so Servalan and Steel win, because otherwise Time would, and that would be worse. (I mean, clearly time is already in danger or they couldn't all be in the same place at the same time anyway.)

Lucy is trying to stop them because what else would anybody do in those circumstances? She fails, however, not really being a match for any of the other four. or Time.

[personal profile] paranoidangel: How does 12 [Sam Vimes] attempt to take over the world, and what is [Obi-Wan Kenobi] 13's plan to stop them?

Obi-Wan fights him and wins. Afterwards, once Vimes is free of whatever had possessed him, he thanks him. Grudgingly, though.

14 [Orac] & 15 [Poirot] are playing the two main characters in a production. What is the production and how badly does it go?

It's one of those surreal experimental things, isn't it? It doesn't go well, despite Poirot giving of his best. Orac just wasn't into it. It had better things to do.

[personal profile] john_amend_all: Which four characters would make the best sedoretu? Which four would make the worst?

There are a few possiblities, but I think the best possible sedoretu one that involves Dayna, Bill, Kara and Obi-Wan Kenobi in the formation that allows for Dayna & Kara, Kara/Bill, Kara/Obi-Wan, Dayna/Bill and Dayna/Obi-Wan, and Bill & Obi-Wan. I think they'd have some fun between them and they'd mostly get on and a sub-section of them would definitely enjoy action and fighting.

Worst is even harder, because there are Options. I mean, any sedoretu involving Servalan would be terrible. She'd probably spend her night with her partners telling them the other partners secretly hated them, if she wasn't just stabbing people after the night was over. The worst one I can come up with is Steel, Rimmer, Vimes & Servalan, in the format Steel & Rimmer, Steel/Servalan, Rimmer/Servalan, Steel/Vimes, and Rimmer/Vimes and Servalan & Vimes. There would be murder done and probably Vimes would have to die first before he arrested Servalan and put a stop to her games.

Seven [Lucy] and Fifteen [Poirot] find themselves in a mirror universe. Do they get back? Do they want to?

Hmm, Lucy might want to stay if it means she gets to live in this reality, but Poirot will definitely want to get back. How would people manage without him, especially Hastings? He is needed! Neither of them exactly have much SF know-how, though, but if there is a way, Poirot will find it.

[personal profile] lokifan: 1 [Servalan], 3 [Barry], and 8 [Bill] are all in a dog-grooming competition. 12 [Vimes] and 7 [Lucy] are the judges. Who wins, did they cheat to do it, and how does everyone react?

Servalan wins, and, yes, she did cheat to do it. Luckily for everyone, Vimes gets to the bottom of it in time to disqualify her.

[personal profile] jaxomsride2: 1 [Servalan], 3 [Barry] and 4 [Kara] run away to join the circus. What Circus act(s) do they chose to do?

I imagine that Servalan has evil plans involving the circus, and Barry and Kara are undercover to stop her. As Kara can fly and has superstrength, x-ray vision and so on, while Barry has super-speed and can vibrate through things, I should think they'd make interesting enough acts in themselves, although I doubt they'd enjoy it. Hopefully, they get Servalan fairly quickly, although they're both so nice, she'd probably run rings round them.

2 [Steel], 6 [Emma Peel], and 9 [Six] suddenly discover they have magical powers. What powers do they have and are they used for good or evil against 11 [Zelena]?

Steel already has powers and can canonically borrow other elements' powers at need. Emma doesn't need powers, but, hmm, how about invisibility? It would come in handy on missions, and for making Steed jump. As to the Doctor, maybe his latent telepathy develops?

And even though Zelena actually does have magic, I think they'd probably have been good against her even without extra magic. So, they stop Zelena's latest wicked plan in Oz without too much trouble.

5 [Dayna], 7 [Lucy] and 12 [Vimes] have plotted the overthrow of 13 [Obi-Wan Kenobi]. What is the plan and does it succeed?

It seems Obi-Wan has gone dark again. And that's a tough call - he's got powers which none of them can match, even if Lucy's a vampire, and I can't see them all working together very happily, either - but on the other hand, Vimes is very dogged, Lucy is a vampire, and Dayna's a walking arsenal. It will be an epic fight at least. Mind, if they have to go to Tatooine to stop him, Lucy's going to be out of action for a lot of the time. It's got more than double the sun that Whitby has.

8 [Bill], 14 [Orac] and 15 [Poirot] have suddenly regressed to children. How does 10 [Rimmer] cope with them as surrogate parent?

It's lucky the children aren't a worse set, because Rimmer will be a terrible surrogate parent. Luckily wee Bill and Poirot aren't too much trouble, even if Poirot won't stop investigating everything around him, but what an age-regressed Orac would even be like is a good question. An earlier model? Smaller, like when Vila and Avon got it to shrink itself? Whatever the truth, it was probably Orac who was to blame anyway.

[personal profile] el_staplador: 6 [Emma Peel] is doing a painting. 2 [Steel] and 13 [Obi-Wan] are their models. What scene does it depict, and is it any good?

I'm pretty sure Emma can paint, so that's a good start, and the subjects are at least attractive. Emma was trying to paint a portrait of Obi-Wan and thought Steel was with him, while Obi-Wan thought Steel was another model. Steel was trying to sort out the crack in time that allowed the two of them to be in the same place and time, but obviously that involved a lot of standing still and looking mildly alarmed, which is how he is depicted in the scene. Obi-Wan is providing an action pose for Emma while holding a flower.

Luckily, Steel took long enough to solve the problem for the portrait to be completed, even if it mysteriously disappeared afterwards, much to Emma's annoyance. She blamed Steed.

3 [Barry] and 15 [Poirot] set out to circumnavigate the globe. What mode(s) of transport do they choose? Was it a good choice to employ 7 [Lucy] as fixer and 10 [Rimmer] as translator? Will 5 [Dayna] win their bet that they won't be able to do it?

Barry doesn't actually need any methods of transport to traverse the globe, but if he's travelling with Poirot, he'll have to do it at regular speed. (I don't think Poirot would be up for his clothes repeatedly going up in flames, even if it was practical for Barry to carry him about.) In which case, there are a lot of trains and cruise ships. And murders. Many, many murders, which they solve together, whether using their combined detetctive powers (Barry is a CSI for the local police), or Barry's super-powers when the deaths are too weird to be solved by regular methods. And having employed a vampire as their fixer and Arnold Rimmer as their translator, Dayna's probably right to bet that they're not going to make it, or at least not in whatever time limit they set. I suppose it depends how much they can travel by night - and how many people they run into who actually speak Esperanto.

[personal profile] dimity_blue: 2 [Steel] and 7 [Lucy] get stranded at the North Pole and end up working for Santa Claus. Do they enjoy the work and how far will they go to get back to civilisation?

This is presumably a sequel to the other question. And, no, Steel does not enjoy the work. Given the time-manipulation Santa would need to exist, he's probably there to close him down, and will force Lucy to help. After that, he'll vanish and Lucy'll have to make her own way home, but she might at least be able to fly.

11 [Zelena] has one unbreakable rule she sticks to. What is it and what happens when 9 [Six] breaks it?

And, clearly, this is how the fake relationship blew up at the end. I'm not sure what Zelena's unbreakable rule would be, but probably that if the Doctor is her friend/fake partner now, he shouldn't be friends with anyone else. And since he will be, she immediately gets jealous and tries to blast him with her magic.
