This letter is bound to be long, but tl;dr: I love all kinds of things, I love the fandoms and character combinations I've chosen, and as long as you don't write my few hard DNWs, I I'm bound to love whatever you come up with. Prompts are intended purely for inspiration, not to restrict your choices. Take what's useful and leave what isn't, and I hope you have fun.
That said, here is the long version...

(My Arrowverse watching is a bit behind and patchy - I've seen S5 of The Flash and S3 of Supergirl (and elsewise, S1-2 of Legends and S2-3 of Arrow.) So bear with me if I've asked for anything that's been jossed and I would prefer any later-set things to be reasonable explicable and not too spoilery. I like everyone in both shows, especially The Flash, so I've no objection to any other characters making an appearance, and am fine with the canon ships.

Fifth Doctor/Tegan Jovanka
Anything featuring one emotionally repressed 800-year-ish old Time Lord and his stubborn, loyal, tell-it-like-it-is-and-then-some Australian air-stewardess will make me very happy. We all know what it means when two people argue like that in the 1980s. (I once made a manifesto for Five/Tegan, if you want any more of my rambling thoughts.)

No other setting AUs in Doctor Who, either. I mean, they can just go there anyway! Pirates, Regency, whatever, all good, but we can get there by TARDIS.

I've loved Benny & Seven since the NA days. Her diary entries are always great, and the more grown-up relationship they have between them with Benny always willing to take the Doctor to task if he gets too carried away in complicated plans to defeat Evil From Before The Dawn of Time. Again.

Eighth Doctor & Charley Pollard, Eighth Doctor/Charley Pollard
I adore their dynamic so shippy or friendshippy is fine. I love Eight/Charley fluff, and I love the enduring love and friendship with a side-order of pain that they are in canon. (India Fisher once said that, for Charley, in her position, the Doctor is all the family she can have now, her best friend, and only possible lover and her feelings for him encompass all those things.) I love the fun and banter and the fluff and the sheer mixed up wrongness and rightness of them. I'd dearly love to see them meet again.

4. Once Upon a Time
I loved OUaT to the end, faults, mind-boggling plots and all, so please no unasked for fixits or ship/character bashing! I love everybody in this ridiculous yet sometimes awesome fairy tale metafictional crossover bar and it is one of my fannish happy places. I love the meta/crossover nature of it - riff on any not yet done fairy tales or classic lit or other that you choose! Also day to day life in Storybrooke & the absurdiities inherent in that in between adventures is great. (The world is ending, Storybrooke has no history and yet according to the newspaper headlines in one series (4??), someone was nevertheless opening a Storybrooke Heritage Trail and I can't even.)
Storybrooke and travelling to any other realm/real world (or having its people come to Storybrooke) are also a big part of the appeal, so no other setting AUs for this fandom. Canon AUs OTOH are very welcome.
Regina/Emma, Regina & Emma
I both ship them and love their canon friendship, so whichever way you look at them is fine by me, as long as they interact, whether as enemies, getting together, reluctant allies, growing into friends & co-mothers of Henry.
Prompts - road trips, rescues, cultural differences, (S1) obsession/enemues, apples, monster-fighting, impractical clothing vs tragic fashion sense, magic lessions, getting together in canon AUs, fairy-tale mirroring/symmetry.
Regina & Snow & Cora
Messed up family/adoptive family dynamics. Snow & Regina is one of the relationships at the heart of the whole thing, and anything you want to look at with their messed up history from obsession to friendship is great & the tangled relationship of the two families that become one. Also anything where they're friends & how much that means, but Regina's still snarking at Snow's Disney-princess attitudes is adored. Plus I love Cora and how much she factors into that relationship, the possibilities of a darker Snow and Cora, and any way you want to explore the three of them. (I'd also be equally happy with any of the component parts of this relationship separately, too, if you prefer - Snow & Regina, Snow & Cora, Cora & Regina.)

Whatever way you look at them, I love them working together and flirting in the weird inhuman elemental way that you do, so either take is wonderful. A6 as well would suggest that they're the most effective team up the 'elements' (or whatever they are) have when they're all working together. I love the ship, the three of them, and all the component ships that it encompasses. I also adore pretty much all elements in any way, so anything you create here will be lovely.

6. The Shadow of the Tower
Okay, so I got carried away on Yuletide optimism and included this because I love this very old BBC historical series a ridiculous amount. And am also really interested in this version of Henry VII, which never ceases to be a weird sentence to type, but I blame the BBC. It's evil. It suckered me into a cardboard 1970s series about Henry VII and made me ship Henry/Elizabeth. I also want All The Things generally, like more Jasper, and more Margaret, and sort of slashy conspirator vibes, and, well, all the things. Thank you.
Elizabeth of York/Henry VII
I love the understated dynamics here - arranged marriage, trust issues, and the way that Elizabeth is the only to start to understand Henry in Episode 1 and her decision, and that, at the end, she's the one who's simultaneously powerless and more powerful (and then the BBC broke my heart).
Henry VII & Jasper Tudor, Margaret Beaufort & Henry VII, Margaret Beaufort & Elizabeth of York & Henry VII
Because of the emphasis on all the conspiracies we frequently don't get to see enough of the people closest time him. I'd love more Jasper, including pre-series in exile (how did that go in this universe? SotT may be fairly accurate, but it's still got a working poetic licence)

Henry VII & Perkin Warbeck, Henry VII/John de la Pole
I also love the way Henry identifies himself with the other would-be usurpers (no matter what he tells himself) or that they mirror him & are both a bit obsessed with him. - Lincoln has Henry Tudor in his very heart, and Perkin fantasises about him in the Tower. (I did the tags this way round, because I don't really think Henry has much time for Perkin, but he clearly does for Lincoln.
(I couldn't quite split these up properly, so all the prompts are lumped together here.)

Jo Portman/Zafar Younis
I love Zaf's humour and Jo's journey across the seasons, and I love all their interactions in canon. Please make good the tragic lack of fic and make my battered heart happy.
- flat-sharing fluff, hurt/comfort between/after a bad mission, going on a mission together (and maybe being a tight spot), or flirting, missing scenes, spy games, cover for each other, date other people under fake namesf or work, undercover in a tea shop or bookshop, with secret messages and love and lies (Love, Spooks-style, you know how it goes, basically.), AUs - canon divergence, other lives they might have lived (and, you know, actually lived), other setting AUs (supernatural investigators, historical, in space, whatever), or just angst like hell like canon (Write LOVE into my flesh with a knife and feed off my pain, why don't you?)
(My one caveat - I'd rather avoid much Ben in a Zaf/Jo fic.)
Ruth Evershed/Tom Quinn
I love Ruth & Tom's shifting dynamic across S2 - her gratitude to him and crush on him, the way she effectively runs him in 2.05 while he runs the country.

Harry Pearce/Juliet Shaw
Last time I looked there was nothing for this pairing that wasn't backgrounded in a Ruth/Harry fic, which really is criminal. It's maybe not an OTP, but a one night stand at the very least is canon. And she's brilliant, amoral and ruthless, and he's Harry Pearce. I also like the fact that she's also one of the few people who can make him flip out a bit - he sometimes leaps to blaming Juliet when it's not true.
- encounters over the years, flesh out the hinted at Berlin backstory, canon/canon divergence AUs here, magic/supernatural AUs, fixit for where Juliet ended up (amoral Victorian headmistress but not evil, thanks), bond over hating Brexit, crossovers
(I really love Ruth/Harry and toyed with requesting it, but decided to go for the minor ships I also love. However, it's definitely a thing I ship a lot, and would also be welcome in a Harry/Juliet ship if that worked for you. Especially with backstory stuff, also feel free to bring in Connie and/or Tessa if you like - I love them too, and weaving them into that kind of thing would be AOK with me.)
I love Spooks a lot (still!) so don't mind who you include - other faves are Colin & Malcolm, Ros, Danny, Zoe, Tessa, Connie, various Home Secretaries.

Padme Amidala/Obi Wan-Kenobi
For all their faults, I probably actually love the Prequels the best - for the world-building and pretty, and Palpatine's rise to power, and Obi-wan, and Padme who as politician, not a fighter or a Jedi, is a different kind of female SW character to most of the rest. I ship it still.

Ruth Evershed/Tom Quinn
I love Ruth & Tom's shifting dynamic across S2 - her gratitude to him and crush on him, the way she effectively runs him in 2.05 while he runs the country.
- flirting, pretending to be a couple, undercover, missing scenes, hurt/comfort, through the years, five times, supernatural au, magic au, canon au, apocalypse, ending angst (it is Tom Quinn Harry asks to get the guys who got her, after all), au fluff
Harry Pearce/Juliet Shaw
Last time I looked there was nothing for this pairing that wasn't backgrounded in a Ruth/Harry fic, which really is criminal. It's maybe not an OTP, but a one night stand at the very least is canon. And she's brilliant, amoral and ruthless, and he's Harry Pearce. I also like the fact that she's also one of the few people who can make him flip out a bit - he sometimes leaps to blaming Juliet when it's not true.
- encounters over the years, flesh out the hinted at Berlin backstory, canon/canon divergence AUs here, magic/supernatural AUs, fixit for where Juliet ended up (amoral Victorian headmistress but not evil, thanks), bond over hating Brexit, crossovers
(I really love Ruth/Harry and toyed with requesting it, but decided to go for the minor ships I also love. However, it's definitely a thing I ship a lot, and would also be welcome in a Harry/Juliet ship if that worked for you. Especially with backstory stuff, also feel free to bring in Connie and/or Tessa if you like - I love them too, and weaving them into that kind of thing would be AOK with me.)
I love Spooks a lot (still!) so don't mind who you include - other faves are Colin & Malcolm, Ros, Danny, Zoe, Tessa, Connie, various Home Secretaries.
8. Star Wars Prequel Triogy
Padme Amidala/Obi Wan-Kenobi
For all their faults, I probably actually love the Prequels the best - for the world-building and pretty, and Palpatine's rise to power, and Obi-wan, and Padme who as politician, not a fighter or a Jedi, is a different kind of female SW character to most of the rest. I ship it still.
AUs, Padme lives!, hurt/comfort, missing scenes, force ghosts, diplomatic missions, beautiful/ancient/strange worlds, Padme's fabulous outfits, teaching each other the strange ways of politicians and Jedi
I'd prefer Canon AUs, or Padme/Obi-Wan post-canon, or between PM & AotC, rather than active infidelity, & no Anakin-bashing (but things like Padme/Anakin being due to accidental force whammy are fine &, indeed, make a lot of sense).
If I have not included enough specific ficlet-y type prompts here, then have my favourite random generator. (Simply put in the required characters and get back tropey prompts. (Obviously, I still don't want any DNWs, though!)
