Signups are now open and will remain open until October 4, 2025 11:59 PM Eastern time.

You may request between 1 and 10 fandoms, between 1 and 20 ships in each of those fandoms, and between 1-4 additional tags specifying a medium you'd like to receive a gift in (fic, art, podfic, or vid). You must request a minimum of three unique ships to be guaranteed a gift. A signup that only requests three different ships under Star Wars Disney Canon will guarantee a gift. A signup that only requests Wedge Antilles/Luke Skywalker under Original Trilogy, Star Wars Disney Canon, and Legends EU will not guarantee a gift, and if you are a pinch hit, the mods will be in touch to ask you if you want to add requests. If you decide not to, we will post your pinch hit, but not guarantee that you receive a gift.

You must offer a minimum of four unique ships. A signup that only offers four different ships under Star Wars Disney Canon is fine. A signup that only offers Leia Organa/Lando Calrissian under Original Trilogy, Sequel Trilogy, Star Wars Disney Canon, and Legends EU is not. If you do not offer four unique ships, and when sign-ups have closed there is no-one you can create for, the mods reserve the right to delete your sign up without notifying you.

You must put something in your requests' optional details. At a minimum, we ask that you put any Do Not Wants (DNWs) you have. Not sure what to put for your Do Not Wants? Check out our A03 Exchanges 101 post for more information. Apart from that, you can also put Likes, Prompts, General Screaming about ships. If you say that you have no DNWs, we won't solicit a new gift for you if your gift includes something unexpected that you don't like, as long as they wrote a pairing that you requested.

If you write a letter for your creator, please link it in the ‘Dear Creator Letter’ URL field.

Two notes for This Year's Tagset

A few tags include the phrase "Any" (ex: Any Female Jedi) or "of Choice" (ex:Mand'alor of Choice/Mandalorian of Choice ). If you choose to use these nominations, please know that it is the creator's choice, that they can fill with either canonical versions or their own created original versions, as long as it fits the rest of your request. Any requests you make about specific people with these ships will not be enforced by the mods.

There are several tags that simply list the character "Fox" - for the purposes of the exchange this year, please assume these tags are for Commander Fox.
