Reply with a fic premise that sounds 100% like the kind of thing I would write, and I'll tell you how embarrassingly accurate it is.


(Mind you, at this point, I think some of us know each other so well that the accuracy will be easy and I'll have long gone past being embarrassed, but let's see. XD)

Sapphire & Steel: Sapphire, Silver & Steel are sent to deal with a Time Break. Silver gets up to shenanigans, Steel disapproves, Sapphire is quietly amused, but the problem is resolved... There is almost certainly flirting.

Doctor Who x Sapphire & Steel: Liz is busy working in her lab at Cambridge University when up pops Silver to resolve a Time Break. Flirting ensues, at first one-sided, but eventually Liz succumbs to his charms and she forgives him for messing up her experiment...

I'd be much more likely just to write DW in the Regency period, because that's why it's so hard to AU DW. Although, for at least a couple sentences in the AU meme, I have, it's true.

LOL! I can't actually see me doing that, but you do get a lot of points because I do totally have an abandoned WIP in which Elizabeth of York is a vampire slayer and Richard III is a sparkly vampire. (IT explains everything!!)

The Dr picks up some characters that have been played by James Maxwell. They all hold hands in a circle and faint. The situation is resolved by Silver by getting Copper to faint.

(You can blame JM for playing faint-y characters, hurrah!)

I'm seeing... a sharp-tongued Victorian maid, laid low by a mysterious affliction which turns out to be a temporal anomaly. Fortunately (or maybe not so fortunately, depending on what mood you're in) Silver is posing as the local plumber, here to fix a leak that's in nothing so mundane as the water or the gas pipes.
