Those rumours again

You know those rumours about missing DW episodes that just won't quite die? They've returned again and this time various sources are claiming that tomorrow the BBC are going to announce missing Patrick Troughton stories to be available digitally this week. (And that there may also be more found.)

At least this time, there's a deadline. We don't hear anything tomorrow, obviously it's just more rumour-mongering, but if we do...

*tries very hard not to think about that and get my hopes up for no reason*

ETA: Of course, now they're saying "end of the week" instead... *eyes rumours darkly*

Gallifrey Base are still not allowing any discussion of the news until the formal announcement later in the week. But it looks to be pretty safely in the bag now, surely!

Yes, and I assume by screening that there's probably a BFI Missing Believed Wiped event coming up? Which, if they've really found other things as well, could be very interesting.

Still, for the moment, I shall merely assume that we have an extra episode of The Space Pirates. (Which would be cool, actually, because more Two, Zoe & Jamie, and also... is Madeline Issigri's hair really metal?)

Yes indeedy, there is another MBW coming up - I've seen it mentioned on the GB forums. So...well, at this point, I daresay we'll find out for sure sooner rather than later! Apparently there may also be a splash in the next DW magazine, which comes out on 17th Oct.

GB are now allowing celebrations ahead of the formal announcement. Something is definitely in the bag - we just have to wait and find out what!
