...to [livejournal.com profile] primsong, [livejournal.com profile] jjpor, [livejournal.com profile] dbskyler and [livejournal.com profile] persiflage_1 - all winners in the latest round of Children of Time. And very deservedly so, too.

Also to [livejournal.com profile] paranoidangel42 who made runner-up (with a Harry story, no less). Yay. What a talented f-list!

(No, no winning for me. My categories were all held over till next time excepting length which meant competing against you lot... I had no chance!!! Of course, I'm feeling bitter and all, but you know, that'll pass. Seriously, well done everyone!)

Thanks. I'm chuffed that I reviewed so many of the Classic Who winners and runners-up! :D I *hope* the reviews helped...

Oh, wow, I never expected that! (Or had any idea when the winners were announced). That you. Now I just have to get them to spell my name correctly...

I'm still in shock, actually. The category I won was the one where I thought I had the least chance because of what I was up against (including a personal favorite of my own).

My categories were all held over till next time excepting length which meant competing against you lot... I had no chance!!

Not only did I not win that category either, but I seem to recall that you (deservedly) beat me last time we were up against each other . . . : )

Heheh, thanks! I didn't even know they'd announced the winners. I hope the bitterness will pass (kidding!), and as far as I'm concerned, you was robbed. :D

I told them about my name, they said they'd fix it.

It certainly makes her look like she adores him - rather than just passing out due to lack of oxygen :)

That's ok, I'm not in a rush to read it

I was sad to see no Three in this round, really, what's the world coming to when there isn't enough Threefic for a decent round of voting? Nice to know they held them over instead of dumped them - here's to another day!

Well, "To the Rescue" didn't get a chance since the category got held over, so we'll see how it does next round! As for "Fallacy Somewhere," I have nothing to complain about -- it's been nominated for two awards (thanks to you), it's gotten lots of positive reviews and favorites, and people with opinions I respect (like yours) have said it's a good story. With all of that, I honestly don't need it to win against other good fic. All I really care about is that people think it's good, which obviously they do, and that's extremely gratifying and more than enough reward.
