Tardis Library Seasonal Challenge - Reccer's Bingo

So, tardis_library is doing it's annual Reccer's Bingo challenge until September, so it really is Bingo Season, as now I have a card for the purposes of reccing Whoniverse works:

I've been really bad at reccing lately, but hopefully I can pull myself together enough to manage five over 3 months! (I think it's just mainly been that "The Timeless Children" whatever else it was, was rather a deathblow to DW fandom on Dreamwidth, and that makes reccing seem unfairly pointless, plus the mod is me, so that always feels like it's all fake. That and the 6-8 months I spent not being able to look at any DW things at all, of course, even if that has now passed and I DO have things to rec again, so I should. :-/)

I wish Dreamwidth would get more lively so it's dispiriting to hear the effect 'The Timeless Children' has had.

I think a few of us have recovered now, but DReamwidth DW fandom was limping along as it was, and that just sank it well and truly. For the moment anyway!

And I think Dreamwidth will stay as a good place for bases for challenge comms and for people to post journal entries from, but if I want general fandom interactions, it's no use here. I've resigned myself to working harder at tumblring, really. And even that's growing old hat... :/

Having to work hard at tumblr, urgh the horror! I don't know what the new fandom site is now unless it's discord, but you need a secret handshake to get in to groups. Fandom is over(!).

Heh, maybe hard work wasn't the word - just resign myself to trying there for interaction rather than here more. While talking to my flist of course!!

You need an invite for Discord servers, but most people post them about tumblr quite openly. Unless they are secret ones. XD

Fandom is dead again, just like Doctor Who!
