Fanvid: Universe of Time (Sapphire/Steel)

I still haven't been that great at Lj these last few days (hopefully now I can catch up on the bits I still haven't managed), but I was able to tweak the nearly-finished fanvid I was making into being finished, and here it is:

Universe of Time
Sapphire/Steel to Hayley Westenra's Across the Universe of Time. (Or, Sapphire, and Steel, whichever way you prefer to look at it.) Clips from all assignments. Spoilers for 4 & 6. (Insofar as you can have S&S spoilers, anyway.)

(I realise I am being a bit unimaginative about choice of artist, but when I made Dark Waltz, it was a choice between that song and this - and I decided then I would come back and make Sapphire/Steel to this. The fact that I used two other Hayley Westenra songs in the meantime was not going to stop me. But I don't plan to make any more S&S vids, or any others to HW right now. That isn't a guarantee there won't be, of course. But I don't intend to.*)

Very nice. And the lyrics do fit the characters, and especially how the TV series ended for them.

I think when you find a song that not only feels right but has lines like "two lights arising as one" and "so many years drifting in space" you can hardly not make Sapphire/Steel to it.
