jjporbecause it sounded like fun and I'll take any excuse to talk about writing fic.
Teaspoon Meme:
Open up your "Manage Stories" page on Teaspoon and unfold all the chapters. For the purposes of this meme, disregard first chapters of multichapter fics. [Teaspoon counts any hits on the TOC as a hit on the first chapter.
*
1. Total number of completed fics on Teaspoon:
47 (and one I took off for rewriting purposes. And also because, understandably, no one wants to read IA related stuff these days.)
2. Highest hit count: One-shot / Chapter of a multichapter
One-shot - Home? with 942 / multichapter - 292 for Double Take (in Happy Endings). (Yep. Harry/Sarah will bring in readers and comments!!)
3. Lowest hit count: One-shot / Chapter of a multichapter (not counting WIPs)
One-shot: Defence of the Realm (116) (but it's a Spooks cross featuring only the Brigadier and does spoiler Spooks S5, so...) / multichapter: Ch8 Fire at Will (in How The West Was Lost, my Carry on Cowboy crossover) - 31 (There seems to be a tendency to skip the penultimate chapter. "Oh, let's just get to the end of the thing!" ?)
I really should stop being so obscure. Hmm. (One of the worrying things revealed by multi-chapter stuff is how many people click on the story and then go "Eek! Chapters!" and run away. e.g. around 2000 people looked at Love & Science and then went: little drabbles! And fled. So the actual count for one-shots must be an awful lot lower, too, probably halved at least excepting very short stories.)
4. Most reviews: One-shot / Multichapter
Harry in a Hole(12) / Love & Science (42 - a couple for each drabble).
5. Fic with the number of reviews that bums you out the most (hey, let's exorcise those demons of self-doubt!)
Bric a Brac, Rainbow Drabble and The Boy, the Wolf and the Weapon all have 0.
This is fair enough I suppose. Bric a Brac is a TTR story I sneaked on to Teaspoon and crosses with The Two Ronnies; Rainbow Drabble is another bizarre cross and it's a drabble and The Boy... features the IA companions with Eight (Jadi, Wil and Angela). So it's entirely my own fault. (But Jadi and Wil were always such fun to write.)
Plenty of 0s for individual chapters, but people often review the whole story at the end or beginning. Actually, the lack of reviews for Strangers at Fairhurst (my Fourth Doctor, Harry, Sarah in 1812 story) is the one that used to depres me the most - it got read more than anything else and reviewed less. (Me: Is it bad? Why would you read your way through all 7 chapters if it was?) So I stopped looking at this page too much till now...
6. Top 3 fics favourited by others
Harry in a Hole (9)
Love & Science(9)
Home? (7)
7. Number of people you have favourited
23
8. Number of reviews you have left
313. I do try and review most of what I read, because everyone wants feedback, don't they? Occasionally I find I can't construct a worthwhile response, though.
