Um *in small voice* this technically is Doctor/Rose fic, but does that count if it's Six/Rose? (persiflage_1, you remember you said the only thing I could do to put you off my writing would be to suddenly start writing Doctor/Rose fics...? I promise not to make more than an occasional habit of it. I thought I ought to warn you, as you've got me favourited.)

I'd like to blame this on Death by Asprin, but I think it was entirely my own fault, if I'm honest. It came from us discussing swapping Doctors and episodes and so on. Which I started. jjpor, what did you get me into?

Heh. Don't worry about yesterday's spoiler. I have decided, that given this is New New Who, we don't know whether it's Rose The Mirage, Rose The Flashback, Rose the Evil Undead Android Copy and too much headdesking before the event will only lead to a dent in said desk. So in the meantime, I am going to assume this is about Rose the Evil Undead Android Copy because that's much more amusing.

And I don't blame you, but it is Six, so, erm, well, you can imagine that it's not what you might call soppy! I could have done Rose-bashing with it, but that seemed unfair.

I liked this a lot, for its potrayal of both Six and Rose, and for the fair consideration you gave to Rose's relationship with the Doctor; as you say, it is all too easy just to bash (don't I know it!).

And as for yesterday's spoiler, I find it disturbing in the extreme - come on, Moffat, I thought you were your own man?!

Doctor/Rose!!! You being you, I thought of Rose as a minor character from back in the dark halls of 1970s canon before I thought of Rose Rose.

Made me chuckle, but I rather hoped she'd have done that hurt-puppy solitary tear thing when the Doctor didn't remember her...!
