Card for Hurt/Comfort Bingo Round 9

Guess what? Predictably, I have signed up for hc_bingo! It is probably still my favourite bingo. And I even like my card quite a bit this time, I think... (Last time's was terrifying!)

touch-starved	shipwrecked	loss of powers	homesickness	accidental mating for life

fighting	branding	WILD CARD	loss of vision	pandemics and epidemics
depression	forced to rely on enemy / rival	hunger / starvation	stranded / survival scenario	accidents
toothache	strapped to a moving vehicle	sacrifice	ostracised from society	deadline / time bomb

Although the past few years I have sort of cheated the three vetoes things by having three as "specific rl illnesses" and the mods have been very nice, but I thought - after having coped with food poisoning in the Amnesty round that I should stick properly to three and, anyway, it's a long list of prompts, so what are the odds? And of course, I immediately got hypothermia and toothache...

It has possibilities, though, yes?

Hey, just not having "food poisoning" on there automatically makes it much better than the previous card, right? Actually, I really like that second-from-the-right column. Those are my kind of angsty tropes!

Thankfully, food poisoning wasn't on the previous card - that was the strip they gave me for one of the amnesty challenges! The last few times I cheatingly vetoed all specific rl illnesses and I kind of wish I had this time, too.

Last time wasn't really that bad once I got used to it, but it had serial killers and torture and rape and things and I had a moment of panic!

And, yes, that's a good column! I like the second to the left and the top one, too.
